This consent regulates the legal relations in the field of personal data processing between the OSCAR Boutique Hotel (hereinafter referred to as the Hotel) and the guest who provides his data for processing when booking a room on the website https://oscar-hotel.uz.

1. In order to fulfill the requirements of paragraph 3 of Article 3 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data", I give my consent to the Hotel to process my personal data, namely: last name, first name, phone number, e-mail address.

2. This consent to the processing of personal data is given by me for the purpose of booking a room, registering and staying in a Hotel, as well as for the purpose of conducting marketing research, sending advertising offers and informational messages.

3. During the processing of my personal data by the Hotel, the following actions may be performed: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer to Federal migration registration authorities, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data from Hotel information systems.

4. Consent to the processing of personal data can be revoked by me by sending a written review to the Hotel or by handing over an application for revocation of personal data against a receipt to an authorized person of the Hotel.

5. In case of revocation of its consent to the processing of personal data, the Hotel has the right to continue processing personal data without my consent only in cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

6. The processing of personal data is carried out by the Hotel using automation tools and without the use of such tools.

7. This consent is valid until the date of its withdrawal in writing.
