The Contractor has the right to make a reservation in any form, including by means of a contract or acceptance of an application (telephone or other form). The contractor applies the following types of booking in the accommodation facility:
Guaranteed booking is a type of booking in which the room (place) is kept in the accommodation facility until the arrival of the visitor, in case of late cancellation of the reservation, late arrival or non-arrival of the visitor, the contractor charges the visitor a fee for the downtime of the room( place), but not more than a day;
If the visitor is late for more than a day, the guaranteed reservation is canceled. Non-guaranteed reservation — the room (place) of accommodation is booked by the contractor for a certain time, if the visitor does not arrive at the specified time, the non-guaranteed reservation is canceled;
The booking is considered valid from the moment the visitor (customer) receives information about the category of the booked room and its price, about the booking conditions, about the terms of stay in the accommodation facility, as well as other information determined by the contractor;
The visitor (customer) has the right to cancel the booking order at his own discretion;
The contractor has the right to refuse to book if there is no available room (place)on the date specified in the order;
Hotel services are provided upon presentation by the visitor of a civil passport, or another document replacing it;
Check-in time starts at 14:00, check-out time is at 12:00 the next day. Early check-in is considered from 6:00 am and late check-out until 18:00 the next day. In case of early arrival or late departure at the above-set time, the hotel has the right to add 50% of the cost of the selected room.
The Hotel has the right to unilaterally terminate the provision of services, to evict the Guest in cases of violation by the Guests of the order of residence established by the Rules of the Hotel, including in the following cases:
Late payment of services;
Causing material damage to the Hotel;
Violations of safety rules (fire safety, etc.) established by these Rules and the legislation of Uzbekistan;
The Contractor provides round-the-clock service to Consumers arriving at the Hotel and departing from the Hotel.
In case of non-payment of hotel services, their provision to the Consumer is not made.
The entrance to the Hotel room fund is carried out by an electronic Guest Card issued to the Consumer by the Contractor.
Entrance to the room fund after the expiration of the period of stay in the Hotel is not allowed.
According to the Resolution, the Contractor, at the request of the Consumer, provides the following types of services (related services)without additional payment:
- calling an ambulance and other special services;
- use of a first aid kit;
- delivery to the room of correspondence addressed to the Consumer, upon its receipt;
- notify by a certain time,
- providing one set of dishes and cutlery.
When signing an application (contract) for the provision of hotel services, the Consumer agrees to use the Hotel premises (with the exception of rooms and toilet cabins) video surveillance systems.
Guests of the Consumer, at his request, and with the notification of the employee of the reception and accommodation service of the Hotel, can stay at the Hotel until 23:00 hours, subject to the presentation of an identity document. If the Consumer's guest is in the room after 23:00 hours, his accommodation in the Hotel must be issued.
If breakfast is included in the services, it is provided to the Consumer from the day following the arrival date. The consumer, if desired, can order breakfast on the day of arrival for an additional fee.
The extension of the stay after the check-out time is subject to availability of rooms.
If it is necessary to extend the period of stay, the Consumer is obliged to inform the Contractor about this no later than the Check-out time of the day on which the Consumer must leave the Hotel, and the Contractor, if there are available rooms, extends the period of stay.
Payment for the extension of the stay must be made by the Consumer, no later than the Check-out time of the day on which the Consumer extended the stay.
When leaving the Hotel, the Consumer is obliged to hand over the guest's room and Card to the Hotel employee and make a final payment for accommodation and additional services.
The number is received during the departure of the Consumer.
The "Book of reviews and suggestions" is located at the reception desk.
The consumer has the right to refuse to perform the contract at any time, provided that the Contractor pays the expenses actually incurred by him.
The Contractor has the right to unilaterally refuse to perform the contract if the Consumer violates the terms of these Rules. In this case, the Consumer reimburses the Contractor for the expenses actually incurred by him.
If the Consumer has caused damage to the property of the Hotel, the Hotel administrator, in the presence of 3 (three) representatives of the Contractor, draws up an Act on damage to the property of the Hotel, on the basis of which the Contractor debits the corresponding funds from the Consumer's (Customer's) bank card. The amount for calculating the Contractor's damage is determined by the current Price List of the Hotel.
If the Consumer does not pay for the additional services received by the Contractor, including the cost of the used contents of the mini-bar, the Hotel administrator, in the presence of 3 (three) representatives of the Contractor, draws up an Act on the basis of which the Contractor debits the corresponding funds from the Consumer's (Customer's) bank card. The amount for calculating the Contractor's damage is determined by the current Price List of the Hotel.
